C.L.A.S.S. was founded in 1992 by Harry Kiker and his team, who built a trusted name by helping farmers and their families buy and sell farms across East Tennessee. Harry's dedication to the people and their communities laid the foundation for what our comapny is today.

In 2017, after Harry's passing, longtime Realtor, Auctioneer, Property Assessor, and State Rep Eddie Yokley took the reigns. Eddie saw the potential to grow the business and create our signature style while staying true to our roots. He expanded the auction team, launched Greeneville Real Estate Specialists, and helped strengthen our presence throughout the region.

In 2024, Eddie passed the torch to Heather and Jacob. With a deep appreciation for the company's heritage, they re-branded Greeneville Real Estate Specialists into CLASS Realty and introduced Online Auctions - making it easier than ever for people nationwide to connect with us.

Jacob Ball

I like to say that I was born with a gavel in my hand - as a fourth-generation auctioneer, the art of fast-talking sales runs in my blood. Over the years, I've combined that tradition with my passion for real estate as the owner of CLASS Realty and CLASS Land and Auction, where I help people buy and sell everything from dream homes to family farms.

When I'm not calling bids or closing deals, you'll often find me wearing one of my other hats (and I do seem to collect them.) I serve as the president of the Greeneville Greene County History Museum, where preserving our past keeps me busy planning for the future. I'm also President and Zone Chair for the Lions Club of Greeneville, because giving back to my community is just as important as serving it professionally.

Whether I'm leading an auction, a meeting, or working with clients, I try to bring equal parts energy, dedication, and maybe just enough humor to keep things interesting. After all, life's to short not to enjoy the ride - even if sometimes it feels like it's going once, going twice....SOLD!!!!
